Controlled entry
Invitation, information and the first review
The recruiter starts an individual process by issuing an invitation. Its token gives the candidate access to the intended recruitment path and the tasks currently available there, without opening the recruiter’s administrative area.
The candidate enters the personal information needed for the application. During the meeting, the recruiter reviews that information with the candidate before the process moves into formal assessment. This keeps the initial verification as a deliberate human step rather than treating submitted data as automatically accepted.
Two forms of assessment
Knowledge answers and a spoken-language sample
The knowledge assessment is a timed multiple-choice test. The platform controls the available time, records the selected answers and preserves the completed result for the recruiter’s later evaluation.
A separate task asks the candidate to record a spoken-language response in the browser. The recording becomes part of the same recruitment record, ready to be reviewed together with the knowledge result and the verified candidate information.
Review and authority
The assessment informs a human decision
The recruiter examines both the test result and the spoken recording and records the evaluation within the recruitment process. The platform brings those materials together but does not replace the review that gives them meaning.
The final approval and employment terms belong to authorised staff. Keeping that responsibility explicit distinguishes assessment work from the formal decision about whether and on what terms the candidate should proceed.
Progress and handoff
The next action follows the recruitment stage
The recruiter and candidate interfaces are coordinated around the current stage. When the process advances, the relevant next task or review appears without a page refresh. This describes the user-facing behaviour only and does not imply a particular transport or technical implementation.
After approval, the relevant candidate data is transferred through an API to the receiving external system. The platform is in production and continues to be actively developed as the recruitment process evolves.
